This session is the sequel of Tsukuba-Hamburg Young Scholars’ Workshop of Buddhist Studies, which had been conducted in the framework of the International Education and Research Laboratory Program. The first workshop was held in Hamburg in January 2018, the second and the third ones in Tsukuba at TGSW2018 and TGSW2020.
Classical Indian textual studies encompasses a broad set of approaches on the religious culture surviving thousands of years. In the session, presentations by young scholars from Tsukuba, Hamburg and Wien (under negotiaion) on particular texts they are working on will be followed by free discussion.
