In order to realize an ideal higher education feature, we need to perform the education starting from the issues based on the social demand and the student’s view points, and we have to be across the multiple borders such as walls of the academic fields, national borders to achieve a frontier of education system and contents. The tasks and the perspectives are discussed to perform a trans-border education with the universities in south-east Asian region. Also, a frontier of the education contents, “Problem Based Learning (PBL)” will be focused on as a center of the higher education to face with the global issues to be solved.
