解決すべき課題を出発点とし、社会的ニーズと学生の視点に立脚し、課題の解決に必要な知識、思考、技術等を涵養する真の高等教育を実現するためには、学問分野間の壁、国境等、あらゆるボーダーを超え、教育システム、教育コンテンツを創造することが必要不可欠である。本セッションにおいては、東南アジア地域の大学とともに、トランスボーダーな教育を実施する上での課題と展望を議論する。また、教育コンテンツの先駆けとなっているPBL(Problem Based Learning:課題解決型教育)について意見交換を行い、国際的視座における我が国高等教育の未来像を描く。
