The "Tsukuba Digital-Bio International Center" project, with the University of Tsukuba as its core base, has been adopted in the Japan Science and technology Agency “open innovation platform for industry academia cocreation program”, and it has been decided to shift to a full-scale model in 2022.
The purpose of this session is to discuss the current and future roles of cohort studies and improving Minor Health Complaints through food in Japan and the world, and to promote international relationship in the project "Creation of a preemptive medical system that promotes behavioral change toward well-being based on digital bioinformation on individuals' health, genome, omics, lifestyle, and environment".

JST共創の場形成支援プログラムにて、筑波大学を中核拠点とする「つくばデジタルバイオ国際拠点」プロジェクトが採択され、2022年度に本格型に暫定移行することが決定した。
本セッションではそのプロジェクトの中で、「個人の健診・ゲノム・オミックス・生活・環境などのデジタルバイオ情報に基づいてWell-beingに向けた行動変容を促す先制医療システムの創出」において、コホート研究が担う役割と食による脱・軽度心身不調の実現について日本と世界の現状・未来を討議し、国際交流を促進することを目的とする。
