This session brings together administrative staff from CIC partner institutions and the University of Tsukuba in a hybrid format to discuss operational challenges, best practices, and opportunities for future collaboration in university management. By sharing common issues and unique initiatives across different institutions and countries, the session aims to enhance the quality of higher education administration from a global perspective. The session also provides a space for open dialogue, fostering new connections and laying the groundwork for future staff exchange and collaborative activities.
本セッションでは、CIC協定校の職員と筑波大学の職員がハイブリッド形式で集い、大学運営における実務課題、ベストプラクティス、そして今後の協働の可能性について意見交換を行います。各国・各大学が直面する共通課題や特色ある取組を共有し、国際的な視点から高等教育マネジメントの質向上を目指します。参加者同士が自由に対話し、新たなネットワーク形成や将来的なスタッフ交流の礎を築くことを目的としています。
