参加登録について Registration Guide

■ How to Register
  1. Click on "Register Here" to be redirected to the registration system (external site).
  2. Enter the required information in the registration form.
  3. When the registration is completed, you will receive a registration completion email. Please be sure to check it.
【NOTE】
  • TGSW Secretariat will not issue certificates of participation for TGSW2026.
  • TGSW Secretariat will not provide assistance with visa applications for entry into Japan.
■ MY PAGE
  • After completing the registration, you can log in to MY PAGE using your registered email address and password.
  • Please check "List of Sessions you have registered for", "Notices from Sessions", and "URL for Online Conference Participation" from MY PAGE.

■ 登録方法
  1. 「参加登録はこちら」をクリックすると参加登録システム（外部サイト）へ遷移します。
  2. 「はじめてご利用される方」より、画面の指示に従い、参加登録フォームに必要な情報を入力してください。
  3. 登録後、参加登録完了メールが届きます。必ずご確認ください。
【重要】
  • TGSW事務局では、TGSW2026の参加証明書の発行はいたしません。
  • TGSW事務局では、日本入国のためのビザ申請のサポートは行いません。
■ マイページについて
  • 登録完了後、登録したemailアドレスとパスワードを使用して、マイページ（外部サイト）にログインすることができます。
  • マイページでは、ご自身が参加登録をしたセッション一覧の確認、変更が可能です。
