"To mark the 10th anniversary of our university’s continued participation in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT)-commissioned project, “Strengthening the Overseas Network for the Promotion of Study in Japan”—commonly known as Study in Japan for South America—which aims to promote the appeal of studying in Japan to South American countries while also introducing the魅力 of South America to Japanese higher education institutions, we will hold a commemorative event.
This event will look back on the achievements of the past decade and discuss future prospects. By highlighting the accomplishments of Japan–South America collaboration, specific exchange initiatives, and the development of human networks—particularly in Brazil and Peru, where our university operates offices—we will reaffirm the significance of building sustainable partnerships."

南米を対象に、日本留学の魅力を伝え、また、日本国内の高等教育機関に南米の魅力を伝えることを目的とした、文部科学省の委託事業である「日本留学促進のための海外ネットワーク機能強化事業（南米地域）」（通称：Study in Japan for South America）を本学が継続して受託し今年で10周年となる。これを記念し、これまでの成果を振り返るとともに、今後の展望について議論する。過去10年間に築かれてきた日・南米間の連携の実績や、具体的な交流事例、人的ネットワークの発展について、本学がオフィスを有するブラジル、ペルーを中心に紹介し、持続的なパートナーシップの意義を再確認する機会とする。
