In line with global trends, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) have received considerable attention in Japan.
However, various challenges related to “human” aspects such as gender, disability, multiculturalism, and generational gaps persist, as evidenced by indicators such as the Gender Gap Index and employment rates for people with disability.
In this session, we will focus on “dialogue” as a key to addressing these challenges.
We will welcome guest speaker from the business sector engaged in creating new value and organizational management, as well as multidisciplinary researchers from the human sciences in University of Tsukuba.
Together, they will share their insights.
In addition, interactive discussions with student participants aim to bridge these insights to the next generation.

【概要】

世界の潮流を受けて日本でもDE&I（Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion）が注目されて久しいが、ジェンダーギャップ指数や障害者雇用率の低迷等に代表されるように、ジェンダーや障害、多文化、世代等の「人間」を巡るさまざまな課題が山積している。
本セッションでは、これらの課題の解決の糸口として「対話」に注目し、人間科学に関連する多領域の研究者とともに、ビジネス領域で新たな価値創造と組織マネジメントに携わるゲストスピーカーを迎えて、それぞれの知見を共有する。
そして、とくに学生の参加者とインタラクティブなディスカッションを行うことで、これらの知見を次世代へとつなげることを目的とする。
